✧ He asked the Prophet ﷺ, or a man asked the Prophet ﷺ, about a lost sheep. He said: 'It is yours or for the wolf?' He said: 'O Messenger of God, what do you say about a lost camel?' He said: 'What do you have to do with it? It has its water-skin and its shoes, and it eats from the edges of the trees.' He said: 'O Messenger of God, what do you say about silver when I find it?' He said: 'Note its container, its tie, and its number, then announce it for a year. If its owner comes, give it to him; otherwise it is yours, or enjoy it, or something like that.'
