قَالَ وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
النَّاسُ تَبَعٌ لِقُرَيْشٍ فِي هَذَا الْأَمْرِ، خِيَارُهُمْ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ خِيَارُهُمْ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ إِذَا فَقُهُوا، وَاللهِ لَوْلَا أَنْ تَبْطَرَ قُرَيْشٌ لَأَخْبَرْتُهَا مَا لِخِيَارِهَا عِنْدَ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ
Translation

✧ People are followers of Quraysh in this matter: their best in the Jahiliyyah are their best in Islam if they understand. By Allah, were it not that Quraysh would become insolent, I would tell them what their best have with Allah, Mighty and Majestic.
