وَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ إِنَّمَا أَنَا خَازِنٌ وَإِنَّمَا يُعْطِي اللهُ ﷻ فَمَنْ أَعْطَيْتُهُ عَطَاءً عَنْ طِيبِ نَفْسٍ فَهُوَ أَنْ يُبَارَكَ لِأَحَدِكُمْ وَمَنْ أَعْطَيْتُهُ عَطَاءً
إِنَّمَا أَنَا خَازِنٌ، وَإِنَّمَا يُعْطِي اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ، فَمَنْ أَعْطَيْتُهُ عَطَاءً عَنْ طِيبِ نَفْسٍ فَهُوَ أَنْ يُبَارَكَ لِأَحَدِكُمْ، وَمَنْ أَعْطَيْتُهُ عَطَاءً عَنْ شَرَهٍ وَشَرَهِ مَسْأَلَةٍ فَهُوَ كَالْآكِلِ وَلَا يَشْبَعُ

✧ I am only a treasurer, and it is Allah, Mighty and Majestic, who gives. Whoever I give a gift to with a good heart, it is hoped that it will be blessed for one of you. And whoever I give a gift to out of greed and the greed of asking, he is like one who eats but is never satisfied.
