حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَاصِمَ ابْنَ بَهْدَلَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ

إِذَا شَرِبُوا الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ، ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ، ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ، ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوهَا الرَّابِعَةَ فَاقْتُلُوهُمْ
