✧ I came to the Prophet ﷺ at Arafah and took hold of the halter of his she-camel, or its nose-rein, and I defended him. He said: 'Leave him, for he has come with a need.' I said: 'Tell me of a deed that will bring me near to Paradise and keep me far from the Fire.' He said: 'He raised his head toward the sky, then said: If you have been brief in the address, you have certainly magnified and lengthened. Worship God and do not associate anything with Him, establish the prayer, give the zakah, perform the Hajj of the House, fast Ramadan, and bring to people what you love for them to bring to you, and whatever you dislike for yourself, leave people alone from it. Release the halter of the she-camel.'
