machine translationThis is a connected (musnad), authentic (ṣaḥīḥ) hadith. There is no difference, regarding the obligation to act upon his hadith, between the Follower (tābiʿī) naming the Companion who narrated to him and not naming him, because all the Companions are upright (ʿudūl), approved, trustworthy (thiqāt) and reliable (athbāt). This is a matter agreed upon among the scholars of hadith.
