حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ وَعَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ قَالَ رَوْحٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا الْجُرَيْرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَاصِ وَامْرَأَةٍ مِنْ قَيْسٍ أَنَّهُمَا سَمِعَا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذَنْبِي وَخَطَئِي وَعَمْدِي
