حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ وَعَفَّانُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ وَكِيعِ بْنِ حُدُسٍ الْعُقَيْلِيِّ عَنْ عَمِّهِ أَبِي رَزِينٍ وَهُوَ لَقِيطُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو رَزِينٍ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّا كُنَّا نَذْبَحُ فِي رَجَبٍ ذَبَائِحَ، فَنَأْكُلُ مِنْهَا، وَنُطْعِمُ مِنْهَا مَنْ جَاءَنَا. قَالَ: فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " لَا بَأْسَ بِذَلِكَ

✧ He said, "O Messenger of Allah, we used to slaughter sacrifices in the month of Rajab and we would eat from them and feed those who came to us." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him, "There is no harm in that." Waki' said, "So I will never abandon it."
