حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ يُحَدِّثُ عَلَى هَذَا الْمِنْبَرِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا سَلَّمَ فِي دُبُرِ الصَّلَاةِ أَوِ الصَّلَوَاتِ يَقُولُ: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ، لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ، وَلَا نَعْبُدُ إِلَّا إِيَّاهُ، أَهْلُ النِّعْمَةِ وَالْفَضْلِ وَالثَّنَاءِ الْحَسَنِ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ الدِّينَ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ

Translation

✧ When the Messenger of God ﷺ concluded the prayer or prayers with the salutation, he would say: 'There is no god but God alone, with no partner. To Him belongs dominion and to Him belongs praise, and He has power over all things. There is no might and no power except through God. We worship none but Him, Possessor of blessing and bounty and good praise. There is no god but God, sincere to Him in religion, even if the disbelievers hate it.'
