حَدَّثَنَا هَيْثَمٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ رَبِّهِ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ
أَيُّمَا شَجَرَةٍ أَظَلَّتْ عَلَى قَوْمٍ فَصَاحِبُهُ بِالْخِيَارِ مِنْ قَطْعِ مَا ظَلَّ أَوْ أَكْلِ ثَمَرِهَا
