حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي الْمُرَقِّعُ بْنُ صَيْفِيِّ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ أَنَّ رَبَاحًا جَدَّهُ ابْنَ الرَّبِيعِ أَخْبَرَهُ
أَنَّهُ كَانَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ

machine translationThis hadith was narrated by al-Nasāʾī from ʿUmar b. Muraqqiʿ b. Ṣayfī b. Rabāḥ b. al-Rabīʿ, who said: I heard my father narrating from his grandfather Rabāḥ b. Rabīʿ. He also narrated it from al-Mughīrah, from Abū al-Zinād, from al-Muraqqiʿ, from his grandfather Rabāḥ; and from Sufyān al-Thawrī, from Abū al-Zinād, from al-Muraqqiʿ, from Ḥanẓalah the scribe. He said: It is said that the hadith of Sufyān from Abū al-Zinād is an error (wahm).
