حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي النَّضْرِ عَنْ زُرْعَةَ بْنِ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ جَرْهَدٍ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ رَأَى جَرْهَدًا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ وَعَلَيْهِ بُرْدَةٌ قَدِ انْكَشَفَ فَخِذُهُ، فَقَالَ: الْفَخِذُ عَوْرَةٌ.

✧ The Prophet ﷺ saw Jarhad in the mosque wearing a burdah with his thigh uncovered, and said: "The thigh is 'awrah."
