✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ rarely intended a raid he would undertake without making a covert allusion to another, until the raid of Tabūk. The Messenger of God ﷺ raided it in intense heat, facing a long journey and a desert, and facing a raid against a numerous enemy. He made clear to the Muslims their situation so that they might prepare the equipment of their enemy. He informed them of the direction he intended.
