حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا سَلِيمُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مِينَاءَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ فَضْلُ أَرْضٍ أَوْ مَاءٍ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا أَوْ لِيُزْرِعْهَا أَخَاهُ وَلَا تَبِيعُوهَا فَسَأَلْتُ سَعِيدًا: مَا "لَا تَبِيعُوهَا "، الْكِرَاءُ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ
