حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
مَثَلُ الْمُؤْمِنِ مَثَلُ السُّنْبُلَةِ مَرَّةً تَسْتَقِيمُ وَمَرَّةً تَمِيلُ وَتَعْتَدِلُ، وَمَثَلُ الْكَافِرِ مَثَلُ الْأَرْزَةِ مُسْتَقِيمَةً لَا يَشْعُرُ بِهَا حَتَّى تَخِرَّ
Translation

✧ "The likeness of a believer is that of a stalk of grain: at times it stands upright, at times it bends, and it becomes straight. The likeness of a disbeliever is that of a cedar tree, standing rigid, unaware until it falls down."
