✧ We set out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ thinking only that we were pilgrims. When we arrived in Makkah, it was announced among us: Whoever among you does not have a sacrificial animal with him, let him exit ihram, and whoever has a sacrificial animal, let him remain in his ihram. He said: The people exited ihram with an 'umrah except those who had driven the sacrificial animal. He said: The Prophet ﷺ remained, and with him were one hundred camels. 'Ali arrived from Yemen, and he said to him: With what did you assume ihram? He said: I said: O Allah, I assume ihram with what Your Prophet ﷺ assumed ihram. He said: He gave him more than thirty of the camels. He said: Then both of them remained in their ihram until the sacrificial animal reached its place of sacrifice.
