✧ An amir from among the amirs of the tribulation came to Madinah. Jabir's eyesight had gone, so it was said to Jabir: 'If only you would keep away from him.' He went out walking between his two sons and stumbled. He said: 'May he perish who frightens the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.' His two sons, or one of them, said: 'O father, how can he frighten the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when he has died?' He said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "Whoever frightens the people of Madinah has frightened what is between my two sides."'
