حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ حَدَّثَنَا صَفْوَانُ حَدَّثَنَا مَاعِزٌ التَّمِيمِيُّ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
عَرْشُ إِبْلِيسَ فِي الْبَحْرِ يَبْعَثُ سَرَايَاهُ فِي كُلِّ يَوْمٍ يَفْتِنُونَ النَّاسَ فَأَعْظَمُهُمْ عِنْدَهُ مَنْزِلَةً أَعْظَمُهُمْ فِتْنَةً لِلنَّاسِ
Translation

✧ The throne of Iblis is in the sea. He sends forth his detachments every day to tempt people. The greatest of them in his station is the one who causes the greatest temptation among people.
