حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ وَهُوَ أَبُو إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْمُعَقِّبُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ السَّائِبَةُ وقَالَ خَلَفُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ السَّائِمَةُ جُبَارٌ وَالْجُبُّ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ قَالَ قَالَ الشَّعْبِيُّ الرِّكَازُ الْكَنْزُ الْعَادِي

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “The sā’iba—and Khalaf b. al-Walid said: the sā’ima (grazing livestock)—is not liable for injury; the well is not liable; the mine is not liable; and on buried treasure, one-fifth is due.” Al-Sha‘bi said: “Rikāz is the buried treasure of the ‘Ād.”
