✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade incantations. Ibn Numayr said in his hadith: My maternal uncle came to him, and he used to perform incantations for scorpion stings. He said: The family of Amr b. Hazm came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, 'O Messenger of Allah, we had an incantation with which we used to treat scorpion stings, and you have forbidden incantations.' He said: So they presented it to him, and he said, 'I see no harm. Whoever of you can benefit his brother, let him benefit him.'
