✧ A man from the Bedouins came to the Messenger of God ﷺ and embraced Islam, and he pledged allegiance to him for emigration. He had not stayed long before he developed a fever. He came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, 'Release me from my pledge.' He said, 'I will not release you.' Then he came to him again and said, 'Release me from my pledge.' He said, 'I will not release you.' Then he came to him again and said, 'Release me from my pledge.' He said, 'No.' So he fled. Then he said, 'Madinah is like a bellows: it expels its dross and purifies its good.'
