حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ يَعْنِي التَّيْمِيَّ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ عَنِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا حَمَلَ عَلَى فَرَسٍ - يُقَالُ لَهَا: غَمْرَةُ- أَوْ غَمْرَاءُ - قَالَ: فَوَجَدَ فَرَسًا، أَوْ مُهْرًا يُبَاعُ، فَنُسِبَتْ إِلَى تِلْكَ الْفَرَسِ، فَنُهِيَ عَنْهَا.

✧ A man set a horse — called Ghamrah or Ghamrāʾ — loose. He said: Then he found a horse, or a colt, being sold, and it was attributed to that horse, so it was forbidden.
