✧ Prices became high in Madinah during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, so the people said: 'O Messenger of Allah, prices have become high, so set prices for us.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Indeed Allah is the One who sets prices, the Withholder, the Extender, the Provider. I hope to meet Allah [Mighty and Majestic] while none of you seeks recompense from me for any injustice concerning blood or property.'
