حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ الْأَحْوَلُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا وَقَالَ لَهُ قَائِلٌ بَلَغَكَ

بَلَغَكَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: لَا حِلْفَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ، قَالَ: فَغَضِبَ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: بَلَى بَلَى، قَدْ حَالَفَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بَيْنَ قُرَيْشٍ وَالْأَنْصَارِ فِي دَارِهِ

Translation

✧ It reached you that the Messenger of God ﷺ said: There is no confederacy in Islam. He said: He became angry, then said: Yes, yes, the Messenger of God ﷺ made a confederacy between Quraysh and the Ansar in his house.
