✧ Whenever 'Abd Allah b. Rawahah met a man from his companions, he would say: 'Come, let us believe in our Lord for an hour.' One day he said this to a man, and the man became angry. He went to the Prophet ﷺ and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, do you not see Ibn Rawahah turning away from your faith to the faith of an hour?!' The Prophet ﷺ said: 'May Allah have mercy on Ibn Rawahah; he loves the gatherings of which the angels boast.'
