حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ يَعْنِي الْمُزَنِيَّ قَالَسَمِعْتُ عَطَاءً يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ يُحَدِّثُ وَلَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا عَنْ أَنَسٍ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَمْ يُرْفَعْ إِلَيْهِ قِصَاصٌ قَطُّ إِلَّا أَمَرَ بِالْعَفْوِ
Translation
