حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَرْبُ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ قَالَتْ
قَالَتْ أُمُّ سُلَيْمٍ: اذْهَبْ إِلَى نَبِيِّ اللهِ ﷺ، فَقُلْ: إِنْ رَأَيْتَ أَنْ تَغَدَّى عِنْدَنَا فَافْعَلْ، قَالَ: فَجِئْتُهُ فَبَلَّغْتُهُ، فَقَالَ: وَمَنْ عِنْدِي؟ قُلْتُ: نَعَمْ، فَقَالَ: انْهَضُوا، قَالَ: فَجِئْتُ فَدَخَلْتُ عَلَى أُمِّ سُلَيْمٍ وَأَنَا مُدْهَشٌ لِمَنْ أَقْبَلَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، قَالَ: فَقَالَتْ أُمُّ سُلَيْمٍ: مَا صَنَعْتَ يَا أَنَسُ؟ فَدَخَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى إِثْرِ ذَلِكَ، قَالَ: هَلْ عِنْدَكِ سَمْنٌ؟ قَالَتْ: نَعَمْ قَدْ كَانَ مِنْهُ عِنْدِي عُكَّةٌ وَفِيهَا شَيْءٌ مِنْ سَمْنٍ، قَالَ: فَأْتِ بِهَا، قَالَ: فَجِئْتُهُ بِهَا فَفَتَحَ رِبَاطَهَا، ثُمَّ قَالَ: بِاسْمِ اللهِ، اللَّهُمَّ أَعْظِمْ فِيهَا الْبَرَكَةَ، قَالَ: فَقَالَ: اقْلِبِيهَا، فَقَلَبْتُهَا، فَعَصَرَهَا نَبِيُّ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ يُسَمِّي، قَالَ: فَأَخَذَتْ تَقَعُ فِدَرًا، فَأَكَلَ مِنْهَا بِضْعٌ وَثَمَانُونَ رَجُلًا، فَفَضَلَ فِيهَا فَضْلٌ، فَدَفَعَهَا إِلَى أُمِّ سُلَيْمٍ، فَقَالَ: كُلِي وَأَطْعِمِي جِيرَانَكِ
Translation

✧ Umm Sulaym said: 'Go to the Prophet of Allah ﷺ and say: If you see fit to have lunch with us, then do so.' He said: So I went to him and conveyed it. He said: 'And who is with me?' I said: 'Yes.' He said: 'Get up.' He said: I came and entered upon Umm Sulaym while I was bewildered at those who were coming with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He said: Umm Sulaym said: 'What have you done, O Anas?' Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered right after that. He said: 'Do you have any clarified butter?' She said: 'Yes, I had a small skin of it with some clarified butter in it.' He said: 'Bring it.' He said: I brought it to him, and he opened its tie, then said: 'In the name of Allah. O Allah, make the blessing abundant in it.' He said: Then he said: 'Turn it over,' so I turned it over. The Prophet of Allah ﷺ squeezed it while invoking Allah's name. He said: It began to fall in pieces, and more than eighty men ate from it, yet some remained. He gave it to Umm Sulaym and said: 'Eat from it and feed your neighbors.'
