حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ وَحَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَزْهَرَ اللَّوْنِ، كَأَنَّ عَرَقَهُ اللُّؤْلُؤُ، إِذَا مَشَى تَكَفَّأَ، وَلَا مَسِسْتُ دِيبَاجَةً وَلَا حَرِيرَةً أَلْيَنَ مِنْ كَفِّ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، وَلَا شَمِمْتُ رَائِحَةَ مِسْكٍ وَلَا عَنْبَرٍ أَطْيَبَ رَائِحَةً مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ.

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was fair in complexion, as if his sweat were pearls. When he walked, he leaned forward. I never touched silk brocade or silk softer than the palm of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and I never smelled a scent of musk or ambergris more fragrant than the scent of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
