حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَقُولُ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ، وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ used to say: O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness, miserliness and cowardice, the burden of debt, and the domination of men.
