حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عِصَامٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: يَتَنَفَّسُ فِي الشَّرَابِ ثَلَاثًا، وَيَقُولُ: إِنَّهُ أَرْوَى وَأَبْرَأُ وَأَمْرَأُ. قَالَ أَنَسٌ: وَأَنَا أَتَنَفَّسُ ثَلَاثًا

Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ used to take three breaths while drinking, and he would say: “It is more thirst-quenching, more wholesome, and more palatable.” Anas said: “And I take three breaths.”
