حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا التَّيْمِيُّ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ
كُنْتُ قَائِمًا عَلَى الْحَيِّ أَسْقِيهِمْ مِنْ فَضِيخِ تَمْرٍ. قَالَ: فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ الْخَمْرَ قَدْ حُرِّمَتْ. قَالُوا: أَكْفِئْهَا يَا أَنَسُ، فَأَكْفَأْتُهَا. قُلْتُ: مَا كَانَ شَرَابُهُمْ ؟ قَالَ: الْبُسْرُ وَالرُّطَبُ. وَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَنَسٍ: كَانَتْ خَمْرَهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ، وَأَنَسٌ يَسْمَعُ فَلَمْ يُنْكِرْهُ. وَقَالَ بَعْضُ مَنْ كَانَ مَعَنَا: قَالَ أَنَسٌ: كَانَتْ خَمْرَهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ
Translation

✧ I was standing over the clan, giving them date wine to drink. A man came and said, 'Wine has been forbidden.' They said, 'Spill it out, O Anas,' so I spilled it out. I asked, 'What was their drink?' He said, 'Unripe dates and ripe dates.' Abu Bakr b. Anas said, 'That was their wine at that time,' and Anas heard it and did not object. Some of those with us said: Anas said, 'That was their wine at that time.'
