Translation

✧ The prayer time came, and the neighbors of the mosque went to their homes to perform ablution, while some people from the Muhajirun remained in the mosque, between seventy and eighty. The Messenger of God ﷺ called for water, and a stone basin with water was brought. He placed the fingers of his right hand in the basin and began pouring water over them while they performed ablution, saying: Perform ablution, come to ablution, until they all had performed ablution, and about as much water as had been in it remained.
