✧ A Jewish boy used to place the Prophet’s ﷺ ablution water and hand him his sandals. He fell ill, and the Prophet ﷺ came to him and entered upon him while his father was sitting by his head. The Prophet ﷺ said to him: O so-and-so, say: There is no god but God. He looked at his father, and his father remained silent. The Prophet ﷺ repeated it to him, and he looked at his father. His father said: Obey Abu al-Qasim. The boy said: I bear witness that there is no god but God and that you are the Messenger of God. The Prophet ﷺ left saying: Praise be to God who saved him from the Fire through me.
