✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, Allah has promised me that He will admit four hundred thousand from my Ummah (nation) into Paradise." Abu Bakr said, "Increase us, O Messenger of Allah." He replied, "Like that," and raised his hand. Abu Bakr said again, "Increase us, O Messenger of Allah." He replied, "Like that." Then Umar said, "That is enough for you, Abu Bakr." Abu Bakr said, "Leave me alone, O Umar, for it is not upon you to make Allah admit us all into Paradise." Umar said, "Indeed, if Allah wills, He can admit His creation into Paradise with one hand." Then the Prophet ﷺ said, "Umar has spoken the truth."
