حَدَّثَنَا حُجَيْنٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الثَّقَفِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ غَدَاةَ عَرَفَةَ، مِنَّا الْمُكَبِّرُ وَمِنَّا الْمُهِلُّ، لَا يُعَابُ عَلَى الْمُكَبِّرِ تَكْبِيرُهُ، وَلَا عَلَى الْمُهِلِّ إِهْلَالُهُ

Translation

✧ We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on the morning of Arafah. Among us were those saying takbir and among us those reciting the talbiyah. The one saying takbir was not criticized for his takbir, nor was the one reciting the talbiyah criticized for his talbiyah.
