حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ

كَانَ إِذَا دَعَا جَعَلَ ظَاهِرَ كَفَّيْهِ مِمَّا يَلِي وَجْهَهُ، وَبَاطِنَهُمَا مِمَّا يَلِي الْأَرْضَ

Translation

✧ The translation of the passage into English is: "Indeed, when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to supplicate, he would place the palms of his hands outward from what follows his face, and the backs of his hands inward from what follows the earth."
