✧ Gabriel came to the Prophet ﷺ one day while he was sitting sad, stained with blood; some of the people of Makkah had struck him. He said: He said to him: 'What is the matter with you?' He said: 'These people did such and such to me.' Gabriel ﷺ said to him: 'Would you like me to show you a sign?' He said: 'Yes.' He said: He looked at a tree beyond the valley and said: 'Call that tree.' He called it, and it came walking until it stood before him. He said: 'Command it to return.' He commanded it, and it returned to its place. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'That is enough for me.'
