حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ زَائِدَةَ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ حَنَشٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
إِذَا تَقَاضَى إِلَيْكَ رَجُلَانِ، فَلَا تَقْضِ لِلْأَوَّلِ حَتَّى تَسْمَعَ مَا يَقُولُ الْآخَرُ فَسَوْفَ تَرَى كَيْفَ تَقْضِي قَالَ: فَمَا زِلْتُ بَعْدُ قَاضِيًا
Translation

✧ When two men come to you for judgment, do not judge for the first until you hear what the other says; then you will see how to judge. He said: After that, I continued to be a judge.
