حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ ابْنِ جُدْعَانَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ

أَهْدَى أُكَيْدِرُ دُومَةَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ - يَعْنِي: حُلَّةً -، فَعَجِبَ النَّاسُ مِنْ حُسْنِهَا، فَقَالَ: لَمَنَادِيلُ سَعْدٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ خَيْرٌ - أَوْ أَحْسَنُ - مِنْهَا

Translation

✧ Ukaydir of Dūmah gifted the Prophet ﷺ — meaning a ḥullah (suit of fine clothes) — and the people marveled at its beauty, so he said: 'The kerchiefs of Saʿd in Paradise are better — or finer — than it.'
