حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ
نَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ، وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ. وَالْمُزَابَنَةُ: اشْتِرَاءُ الثَّمَرَةِ فِي رُؤُوسِ النَّخْلِ بِالتَّمْرِ كَيْلًا، وَالْمُحَاقَلَةُ كِرَاءُ الْأَرْضِ
