✧ About the Prophet ﷺ with regards to exchange? So he took my hand and I went with him and the man. Then he said, "What is the hadith that reached me from you regarding the Prophet ﷺ with regards to exchange?" He said, "I heard it with my ears and my heart retained it from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Do not sell gold for gold except in equal amounts, and do not sell silver for silver except in equal amounts, and do not favor one over the other, and do not sell it for what is not present.'"
