حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ

لَعَنَ مُحَمَّدٌ ﷺ آكِلَ الرِّبَا، وَمُوكِلَهُ، وَكَاتِبَهُ، وَشَاهِدَهُ، وَالْوَاشِمَةَ، وَالْمُتَوَشِّمَةَ قَالَ ابْنُ عَوْنٍ: قُلْتُ: إِلَّا مِنْ دَاءٍ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ وَالْحَالَّ، وَالْمُحَلَّلَ لَهُ، وَمَانِعَ الصَّدَقَةِ، وَقَالَ: وَكَانَ يَنْهَى عَنِ النَّوْحِ، وَلَمْ يَقُلْ: لَعَنَ

Translation

✧ Muhammad ﷺ cursed the consumer of usury, the one who gives it, its scribe, its witness, the female tattooer and the one tattooed. Ibn Awn said: I said: "Except from a disease?" He said: "Yes." And [he cursed] the one who makes a marriage lawful for a previous husband and the one for whom it is made lawful, and the one who withholds zakat. And he said: He used to forbid wailing, but he did not say: He cursed.
