حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ أَفْلَسَ فَوَجَدَ رَجُلٌ عِنْدَهُ مَالَهُ وَلَمْ يَكُنِ اقْتَضَى مِنْ مَالِهِ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ لَهُ.

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. Yaḥyá b. Ādam
  2. Ibn Idrīs
  3. Hishām
  4. al-Ḥasan
  5. Abū Hurayrah
  6. Rasūl Allāh ﷺ

✧ Any man who becomes bankrupt, and a man finds his property with him and has not received any of his property, then it belongs to him.
