حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

الْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ.

Translation

✧ Injury caused by animals is without liability, and injury caused by a well is without liability, and on treasure found in the ground one fifth is due.
