✧ None of you should propose to a woman whom his brother has already proposed to, nor should he bid against his brother's bid. A woman should not be married to a man who is already married to her paternal aunt or her maternal aunt. A woman should not ask for the divorce of her sister in order to empty her plate and get married herself, for she will only have what Allah has decreed for her.

machine translationIt has come down in the hadith of ʿAlī, Ibn Masʿūd, Ibn ʿUmar, Ibn ʿAbbās, ʿAbdullāh b. ʿAmr, Anas, Abū Saʿīd and ʿĀʾishah, but none of these meets the criterion of the Ṣaḥīḥ (the two Ṣaḥīḥs). The two (al-Bukhārī and Muslim) agreed only on including the hadith of Abū Hurayrah.
