حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قال قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

الْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ.

Translation

Chain of narrators

✧ The harm caused by an animal is without liability, the harm caused by a well is without liability, the harm caused by a mine is without liability, and on buried treasure one-fifth is due.
