حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ

مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ إِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا وَمَعَهَا صَاعٌ مِنْ تَمْرٍ.

Translation

✧ Whoever buys a sheep that has been left unmilked [to deceive] has the option: if he wishes he may return it along with a saa' of dates.
