حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ

جُرْحُ الْعَجْمَاءِ جُبَارٌ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ.

Translation

✧ The injury caused by a beast is without liability, and the well is without liability, and the mine is without liability, and on buried treasure the fifth is due.
