حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُعُمَيْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

أَصْدَقُ كَلِمَةٍ قَالَهَا شَاعِرٌ كَلِمَةُ لَبِيدٍ: أَلَا كُلُّ شَيْءٍ مَا خَلَا اللهَ بَاطِلُ وَكَادَ أُمَيَّةُ بْنُ أَبِي الصَّلْتِ أَنْ يُسْلِمَ.
