The person riding greets the person sitting

حَدَّثَنَا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ هَمَّامٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ يُسَلِّمُ الرَّاكِبُ عَلَى الْمَاشِي وَالْمَاشِي عَلَى الْقَاعِدِ وَالْقَلِيلُ عَلَى الْكَثِيرِ

Translation

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: The rider greets the walker, the walker greets the seated one, and the smaller group greets the larger group.
